Update
|
Just wanted to let everyone know that things are going well here. Brady is finally over being sick and into everything these days. Hes taking 20+ independant steps,whooo hooo!! He is getting new 4inch thick pads for his therapy room floor. Were going to put them down and put up rails around them so that he can walk around and fall safely. The idea is to teach him how to fall in a safe way so that he doesnt get a busted nose. It should be loads of fun,lol
The fundraising is going well were up to $136 on the firstgiving site and were are about to order a total of 24 blocks for our Angelman Awareness Wall. We still have others that are going to be ordering so this is only the beginning hopefully.
Well just wanted to keep you all up to date on whats been going on here lately. I will keep the updates coming as they happen.Hugs to all. |

Update on Brady.
|
Brady is doing very well since his surgery.
He isnt eating much yet,prob still sore. But hes sleeping very well! He has slept 5 nights in a row now,thats more than he has for the last year,yippppeeee!!
He has also learned to walk on the treadmill and loves it!! Hes such a big boy!
We done some color matching tonight and out of 6 times,he only got one wrong,just because he wouldnt look at it,he was bored,lol. Anyway just wanted to let everyone know how great hes doing these days.Were just so proud of the little monkey! |

We are doing two fundraisers this year,the online firstgiving,and then a different kind of fundraiser,in honor of our Angel, Brady Fore,and to honor all the other Angels. We will be selling Paint A Block kits.The kit will include the block,paints and brush. You can paint your block and either send it back to us,or we will pick it up. Once we have met the deadline,we will then build an Angelman Awareness Wall here in our community,for all to see. The kits will cost $10.00 each,then $3.50 will be taken from each block and donated to the Angelman Organization to help raise Awareness,for research and to help support newly diagnosed families. This is a great way to help support the organization and to promote Angelman Awareness here in our community. The deadline for this project will be April 7th. For those of you who do not wish to donate this way,you can donate online to Bradys online fundraising site, http://www.firstgiving.com/teambrady4 or just click the box to the right of this page that says help support our angels.This is also a safe and efficient way to support our cause.Thanks so very much for your time and support.
