Just wanted to let you guys know that Brady is doing great, other than not sleeping much these days. He went to bed Tuesday morning around 5:30am and was up between 8am and 9am. He stayed up til Wed morning around 4am, and was back up by 8am. He did go back to sleep and slept on and off most of the day. Soooooo, hopefully we can get him back sleeping very soon, I can never predict what this kiddo is going to do,lol.
Anyways, we had a good afternoon. Brady jumped on the trampoline with big brother and even learned to swing himself on the swings, it was so much fun watching him pushing off the ground with his feet :) He continues to learn so much, every day. Each and every day is full of sup rises, I look forward to each and every one!
He has been a monkey today, and getting into everything, of course. We were painting some things outside this afternoon, and Brady decided to stick his entire hand and arm all the way down in the bucket of paint! So he now has a very white hand and arm, and big white spot on his tummy. This is the kind of pain that doesn't wash off with water, so we just have to wait for it to wear off. The cement under the carport is nicely decorated with Brady feet prints. I guess we can look back on it, in years to come, and laugh.
Last by not least, I wanted to remind all of you guys to go to http://www.angelman.org/walk-a-thon/walk-a-thon-registration/ and register for the Angelman Walk A Thon, in Mobile Al, May 16th. We would love to have each and every one of you come and join us, in supporting our very special Angels. While I know that it might be a good trip for some of you, it will be well worth you time. It will be an experience that you will never forget! You can even come a day early and make it a small vacation, there is tons to do in Mobile. So if you need more info, please don't hesitate to contact me. Our first walk for Mobile was last year, and the attendance was great, but we want to break that record this year, so we need your help!!! If you are unable to be there in body, you can be there in spirit and register for the virtual walker. But again, we would love to have everyone there, but understand that some just wont be able to attend!
So I'm done rambling for now, if ya have any questions, please let me know! Will post more later.

About Brady

Read Brady's Story Here

I am 11yrs old and I have Angelman Syndrome. I may have this syndrome, but I dont let it hold me back. I love life and live it to the fullest every single day. My mom says that our research organization, Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics, is working really hard on a treatment or even a cure for me and my friends. I am thankful to have 25 words but I look forward to the day that I can carry on long conversations and talk so much that everybody has to ask me to please be quiet for a few minutes :) Anyway, mom says Im awesome and super funny and I have to agree, lol.
