Hey everybody, I just wanted to let you know that Brady had anothor really bad seizure today.We left early going to speech in dothan,so that we could go by toys r us and pick up a video monitor to put by Bradys bed so that we can see him at night and make sure hes ok.So anyway we were in the middle of toys r us when I noticed him slumped over the buggy seizing.We had to run out of the store to get his medicine out of the van.It took about 10 minutes or so and he was showing no signs of stopping seizing.I had 2 employees and a customer stand by my van wanted to know if the could help,they were freaking out,and to be honest so was I!But I gave him his medicine and got it stopped.We headed home and didnt make his speech therapy today.Man its been a stressful day.But were ok now.He took a good nap this afternoon and is going to up for a while,gonna be another long night.Anyway I will keep you all posted.
Hey all, as some of you may know,Brady is getting a therapy room.I havent said anything so far because everyone involved in making this dream come true,has asked to remain annonymous.It is a dream come true for us and most of all for Brady!We are just so excited and want to thank everyone for all their hard work in making this happen.I know that it is taking a little while to get it goin,but God didnt create the world in one day right?!!It is going to be well worth the wait in the long run.So anyway,the ball pit came in today and we took it out of the box to make sure it wasnt damaged.It wasnt,Brady had to play in it.He absolutely loved it.We would take him out,and he would try to climb back in.It is just so cool.I am going to post some pictures of it on here so that you all can share in our excitment.And agian thanks to all of you who are making this happen,you know who you are!!!We love you all!!
Just wanted to let everyone know that Brady had anothor seizure this past Friday.We were on our way to the campground and he was sleeping in his car seat.He woke up seizing.I stopped by the road and gave him his diastat,but it didnt stop right away.We actually took off and headed in the direction of the hospital,but it stopped before we got there.He slept for a while,but overed it pretty quick.He is totally fine now,into everything and is a little wild man.Anyway just wanted to keep you all posted.
I am a happy healthy 5yr old little boy. I have Angelman Syndrome which makes me even more special. I bring joy to all those who meet me. Just because I am unable to speak, does not mean that I dont have lots to say. I make that very clear to mommy and daddy everyday!
